More About Trespali Art Retreat
Trespali Art Retreat was founded by Lincoln, Nebraska artist Kelly Axmann, an abstract expressionist whose work is rooted in intuition, exploration, and creative freedom.
Kelly envisioned a retreat where artists of all levels could come together in a supportive, welcoming environment to share camaraderie, inspiration, and creative spirit. Trespali Art Retreat is designed as a space to slow down, reconnect with the creative process, and experience the joy of making art in community.

“I started this art retreat to create a pause from the noise of everyday life. A place where we can slow down, reconnect with our intuition, and fall in love with making art, or remember why we fell in love with making art in the first place. It’s about community, courage, and giving ourselves permission to create without pressure.”
-Kelly Axmann
